Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Specialist
Location: On Site in Dover, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
• Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed
• Administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
• Serve as the point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll and benefits
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and assist employees with benefit selections

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and benefit regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
