As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through dynamic client interactions. Primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product inquiries, processing orders, generating and following up on leads, and managing a portfolio of accounts. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dover, NJ.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Proficient in using CRM systems and related software
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in sales, business, or a related field
• Prior experience in the metal distribution industry is a plus
