Registered Nurse RN Supervisor

Excel Care at Dover is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift, ensure high-quality resident care, and promote compliance with facility policies and state regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive team culture.

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical care during weekend shifts
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to facility policies
• Provide direct patient care when necessary
• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly

• Current RN license in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
