Certified Nursing Aide ( CNA ) Weekends

Excelcare at Dover is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will provide essential hands‑on care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and comfort while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team‑oriented, and committed to delivering high‑quality care in a long‑term care environment.

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and emotional status
• Record accurate measurements such as vital signs and intake/output
• Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to ensure quality care

• Current New Jersey CNA certification
• Compassionate and resident‑focused mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior nursing home experience preferred, but not required
