Watch Repair Tech

We are looking for candidates to fill an entry level position for watch technician.

• Performs product diagnosis, troubleshooting and evaluation of customer repair products particularly watches.
• Responsible for ordering and managing spare parts orders for internal engineers and subcontractors.
• Performs repair of watches from band replacement to module replacement.
• Review and evaluate products returning from subcontractors and technicians in accordance with the division’s established repair quality standards and policies.
• Maintain spare parts bench stock inventory.
• Ensures work orders status updates, repair data maintenance, update repair and spare parts reports.

• Fine motor skills, steady hands. Dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and curiosity. Basic understanding of electronic and mechanical systems (gears, springs, levers, firmware). How components work together. (digital, analog/digital/smart watch).
• Attention to detail and cleanliness and organized.
• Follows procedures exactly according to the service manual (order of disassembly, lubrication points, torque).
• Patience
  - Comfortable working for long periods on precise, repetitive tasks.
• Cleanliness, organized and discipline.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
