- Provides clinical services to youth and family including crisis intervention strategies, when indicated.
- Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, record keeping, and consultation and education.
- Develops interventions based on youth needs and practices utilization management.
- LCSW preferred; LPC, LCADC license for independent practice level required. (If the employee holds one or more of these licenses, primary source verification must be tracked annually).
- Master’s in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits and other forms of compensation, is $60,548 to $75,691 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
