BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 3 years related experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Knowledge of electrical control systems (prints, VFDs, motors, drives, servos, sensors…)

* Knowledge of 460

* Knowledge of ladder logic software (ProWORX 32, RSLogix, SoMachine)

* Knowledge of robots (Yaskawa Motoman)

* Knowledge of Solid Works or similar software for designing

* Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software for design

* Knowledge of Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, and Siemens PLCs and drives

* Knowledge of a variety of Fluke meters

* Strong interpersonal skills for supervisory of outside contractors and technicians

Howmet Aerospace is currently looking a Electro Mechanical Engineer to join our Casting Facility located in Dover, New Jersey. This shift will be primarily 1st shift but may need to work off shift hours.

Anticipated Pay Range: $95k-$117k per year.
* Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.

Summary:

Responsible for plant equipment and building maintenance as well as project planning and implementation, plant equipment layouts, and troubleshooting equipment problems for assigned plants within one or more facilities.
