Procurement & Supply Chain Manager
Location: Dover, New Jersey (Fully Onsite)
Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 annually
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead plant-level procurement operations at our Dover, NJ facility. This fully onsite leadership role is responsible for driving procurement strategy, ensuring security of supply, optimizing costs, and supporting production schedules within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing procurement experience, contract negotiation expertise, and the ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration while maintaining compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all plant procurement operations, including direct, indirect, and capital spend, ensuring alignment with plant and business unit goals.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost savings, supplier risk mitigation, and supply continuity.
- Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract execution, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Maintenance to align procurement strategies with production needs.
- Oversee raw material forecasting, inventory management, and ERP procurement processes (Oracle preferred).
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX requirements, AS9100 standards, and other audit and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead and mentor Procurement Specialists and Supply Chain team members.
- Monitor procurement metrics and implement corrective actions to meet performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field (required).
- Minimum 6+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (required).
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
- Knowledge of procurement compliance standards (SOX, UCC, import/export regulations).
- ERP experience required;
Oracle strongly preferred. - Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
