As an Applebee’s Server, you will be the guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard but have a great time doing it! You must be at least 18 years old, be able to communicate effectively with others, and be committed to making an impact.

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly and listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
