The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham s unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.

Located at 10 Members Way in Dover, NH, this position will support our expert providers that specialize in care for patients with endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and a broad spectrum of other hormonal disorders. This practice focuses on specialized diagnostics and treatment, including advanced patient education programs to assist individuals looking to improve their health and enjoy a better quality of life.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to pick up per diem shifts to provide coverage for call-outs, vacancies, and vacations. This is a per diem role within a Monday-Friday practice, open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with shifts available during those hours. The ideal candidate will have prior phone triage experience and be comfortable supporting a busy clinical environment as needed.

• Deliver direct patient care and support in our ambulatory care unit, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Associate s Degree Nursing required and Bachelor s Degree Nursing preferred

• Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
• Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred

• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

• Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.

Strongly Preferred:

• Phone Triage experience
• EPIC experience
• Endocrinology Experience
