Machine Process Operator

The Machine Process Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This role focuses on maintaining process stability, troubleshooting issues during production, and making necessary adjustments to meet performance and quality standards.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining production flow and minimizing downtime.

• Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor process parameters and equipment performance throughout the shift
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality, efficiency, and output targets
• Troubleshoot process-related issues during production runs
• Identify equipment malfunctions and escalate complex repairs to maintenance
• Perform minor equipment upkeep and maintain production fixtures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and process deviations
• Review production data to ensure product quality standards are met
• Communicate process concerns, equipment issues, and updates to supervisors and team members
• Follow all safety policies and quality procedures

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or process issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document production data accurately
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety
