- Looking for an ASAP start.
- 12 week assignment split between main campus in Dover, NH and Pease location in Portsmouth, NH.
- 36 hours/week.
- Philips and Epic experience required.
Job Details
- NH license required upon submission.
- Must have MGB NH Imaging Tech License.
- ARRT (M) certification required.
Job Requirements
- Sunday: 8a - 6:30p.
- Monday: 7:30a - 6p.
- Tuesday: 6:30a - 1p.
- Wednesday: 12:30p - 11p.
- 36 hours per week.
Schedule Information
- BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military accepted).
- Fit Test within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
- Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date required.
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date required.
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date required.
- MGB Resume required for submission.
- Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required.
- MGB References required for submission.
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required.
- MGB Education Verification required.
- MGB SSN Trace required.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check required.
- MGB Exclusion Checks required.
- MGB New Hampshire State Checks required.
- MGB TB Symptom Survey (if Positive PPD) optional.
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.
