Hours range from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm M‑F. This is a per diem position and will be as needed. Responsible for providing safe, courteous, and on‑schedule transportation to our clients.

• Follows Care Van schedules and communicates with staff regarding all aspects of clients’ transportation.
• Assists clients in a prompt, helpful, courteous and compassionate manner.
• Communicates any vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate staff.
• Ensures that vehicle mileage and maintenance logs are current.
• Follows outlined safety protocols in emergency situations.

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
• Licenses and Credentials:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS Certification) – Data Conversion – Various Issuers required
  • Medical Examiner’s Certificate for Fitness to Drive (C‑DOTMED) – National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners required
  • Personal Driver’s License (New Hampshire) – New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles required
• Experience: Patient Transportation Experience 1‑2 years required.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform work in a creative, energetic and self‑directive manner.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
