• $158,000 +

• $10,000 signing bonus

• $1,000 annual CME allowance

• 100% outpatient practice

• No call and no weekends

• 1:1 patient care with an average of 12 patients per day (more available if desired)

• Practice fully centered on quality care and patient satisfaction

• Flexible 3–5 day workweek
