Job SummaryThis position supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non‑clinical patient services under the direction of providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. The role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, and collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent required;
Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting preferred - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certified Medical Assistant (national certification) preferred
- 1–2 years of direct medical assisting experience or in a medical field is required
