The Role:

The Quality Improvement Assistant provides daily, part-time oversight of both paper and electronic medical records functions for SENH, along with providing administrative support to the QI department, including organizing internal and external chart reviews, and working collaboratively with other agency staff.

About You:

You are a detail‑orientated multitasker with strong organizational skills. You take initiative and are willing to learn new processes. You enjoy working collaboratively and are committed to improving the experiences of those we serve.

What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in the field of health and human services or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in managing electronic health records, quality improvement documentation, and general office tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to team goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
