Middle School Teacher

Portsmouth Christian Academy (PCA) is a private Christian college-preparatory day school for students from preschool through grade twelve. This is a full‑time, on‑site Middle School Teacher position located at the Portsmouth Christian Academy campus in Dover, NH. The teacher will be responsible for delivering effective lesson plans, aligned with academic goals, and fostering an engaging and nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities include creating a stimulating classroom experience, assessing student progress, and maintaining open communication with students, parents, and school staff to support student growth and success.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning to create engaging and effective educational experiences.
• Experience teaching at the Middle School level with the ability to connect with students and support their academic growth.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering the spiritual, academic, and personal development of students in a Christian setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is preferred.
• Prior experience in Christian education is a plus.
