Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL‑A regional drivers in Dover, DE.
What You’ll Earn- Weekly pay: $1,315 to $1,515 plus accessorial, detention, layover and holiday pay.
- Detention, layover and holiday pay included.
You’ll be out 7–9 days and earn one full day off for every 7 out. Your time off starts the day you get home.
Reliable Equipment, Serviced RegularlyKenworth T680 automatic equipped with Smart Idle system, 1500‑watt inverter, double bunks with new mattresses, and a bunk heater for cold nights. Trucks serviced every 6 months.
Benefits, Terminals, and Orientation- United Healthcare after 60 days.
- 401(k) with Fidelity match after 90 days.
- Orientation: 3 days; travel covered via rental car or Greyhound, hotel and Uber included when needed.
