Xplor Pay Direct Sales Representative

Are you a go‑getter who thrives on freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? We’re looking for self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100 % commission‑based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and earnings.

What You’ll Do
  • Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
  • Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals.
  • Work independently while receiving full support and training.

You Are

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Can work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Self‑source leads through prospect cold‑calling, and networking.
  • Align with Xplor’s four core values and be a good human.
Location

You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and can operate in your team region.

Compensation

This role offers a commission‑only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. You will receive health benefits, 401 K match, and a W2 status.
