The Hertrich Family of Dealerships represents 24 dealerships

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support the Service Department, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow-ups.
- Use Dealership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to capture and follow up on service leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management.
- Provide a friendly, professional, and high-energy experience on all calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Call-center experience or similar position highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Comfortable with computer systems and internet use
. - Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work flexible hours
, including evenings and weekends. - A self-starter with a customer-first mentality.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
