About the position:
This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Oasis Pool (Outdoor Recreation) on Dover Air Force Base
.
As a FLEX employee, you may work anywhere between 0-40 hours per week, on an as needed basis.
NOTE:This position is temporary, NOT TO EXCEED 12-SEP-2026

Performs duties as a cashier-checker at the Oasis Pool. Operates cash register or cash drawer, to correctly receive money and make change from pool customers. Ensures all patrons are authorized pool customers by checking and pool passes. Monitors customer sign-in sheets to ensure customer completeness in an accurate manner and collects appropriate fees. Safeguards all funds in accordance with applicable guidance and instructions.
Clears the cash register/cash drawer, counts money, separates change fund from cash receipts and completes all required cash accountability forms at the end of each shift. Places cash receipts, change fund and accountability forms in the bank deposit bag and turns it into the pool supervisor on duty. Maintains pool entrance and cashier area in a clean and orderly condition.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the pool supervisor on duty. May be required to work non-standard shifts, evenings and weekends as required.

Requirements- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
