Overview
Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Responsibilities- In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.

- High school diploma required
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety:
Serve Safe certified
Work areas may be hot with steam from equipment and food vapors. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts.
