Position: Day Shift (RN) Nurse Supervisor

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Dover Behavioral Health System is a 104-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Dover, Delaware. It offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs for adolescents and adults, serving over 10,000 patients annually. The hospital is ranked 6th for highest patient satisfaction in 2020 among 200+ psychiatric hospitals.

Responsibilities

This role leads a nursing team and ensures patient safety and quality care. Responsibilities include supervision of RNs, LPNs, and Unit Coordinators, implementing a top-of-license care approach, and supporting charting, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.
