Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Dover Behavioral Health System is a 104‑bed acute care psychiatric hospital located in Dover, Delaware. The RN Supervisor will lead nursing teams, ensure patient safety, and maintain high quality care. Responsibilities include supervising registered nurses, coordinating care across adolescent and adult units, supporting partial and intensive outpatient programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a proactive leader who can inspire nurses, facilitate education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient satisfaction goals.

• Current license to practice nursing in the State of Delaware (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current BLS certification.
• Leadership experience in a nursing or related healthcare environment.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and quality improvement.
