Monday – Friday; hours may vary depending upon shift!

Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

• Lead and assign daily workforce activities, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee production schedules, materials, and quality control.
• Act as the main communication link between the floor and support groups.
• Troubleshoot issues, support team development, and ensure all admin and project tasks are completed on time.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, cost, and team morale.
• Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Train and support employees, promote teamwork, and update best practices.
• Maintain strong floor presence and use technology to support operations.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, comprehend and communicate utilizing the English language.
• Able to read and perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must be able to know and demonstrate tasks and duties in Department.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
