*** Crew Leaders must understand the relevance and importance of operational activities in contributing to food safety, and reporting and responding to situations that may impact food.

* Work Schedule:

** Monday – Friday; hours may vary depending upon shift!

Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.
* Lead and assign daily workforce activities, ensuring safety and compliance.
* Oversee production schedules, materials, and quality control.
* Act as the main communication link between the floor and support groups.
* Troubleshoot issues, support team development, and ensure all admin and project tasks are completed on time
* Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, cost, and team morale.
* Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules, policies, and regulatory standards.
* Train and support employees, promote teamwork, and update best practices.
* Maintain strong floor presence and use technology to support operations.

* Must be able to read, comprehend and communicate utilizing the English language.
* Able to read and perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
