Overview
Adecco is recruiting for 3rd Shift Machine Operators in Dover, DE. This is a hands-on manufacturing role operating industrial machines with a focus on safety, accuracy, and production. If you have experience with machine operations and are available to work overnight, apply now!
Responsibilities- Operate resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses
- Complete Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) within 90 days
- Meet daily production requirements and maintain a safe, clean work area
- Complete production tickets and process documentation accurately
- Identify and correct unsafe or defective products
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, counting, tape measure)
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use all required PPE
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM (3rd Shift)
- Weekly paycheck
- PPE required (safety shoes, eye protection)
- Work environment: moderate to loud noise, exposure to moving parts, fumes, chemicals, temperatures 0°F–110°F
- Maximum unassisted lift: 50 lbs

Pay Details$19.00 per hour
