Location:
Kent or Sussex County. Flagship office at 635 Bay Road, Dover, DE 19901.
Target compensation: $56,500 annually ($22.18 hourly) plus applicable overtime for a 46‑hour work week.

Responsibilities- Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
- Be the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
- Develop skills to run your own branch, grow new business, and lead a team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and community outreach to build relationships.
- Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Six months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership roles.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must live in Kent or Sussex County within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
