CCN & ROW Project Lead – Transmission

A leading energy company in Dover, Delaware is seeking a qualified professional to manage Right of Way (ROW) acquisition activities as part of the Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) application process. This role requires coordination with stakeholders and managing a portfolio of ROW projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Candidates should have strong project management skills, experience in negotiating and a technical understanding of transmission facilities.

A high school diploma with relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
