• Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
• Manage litigation and other high‑stakes legal matters.
• Own challenging projects and contribute to strategic initiatives.

• Strong academic and professional background in law.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, with excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Adaptability and perseverance in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivation to learn across intellectual property, privacy, corporate law, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI, with full relocation reimbursement provided.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
