People Soft HCM Functional Consultants

- Start: ASAP - Duration: 6-9 months (good chance of extension) - Rate: $70/hr on C2C

• Provide People Soft functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and assisting with the entire systems development lifecycle for a People Soft upgrade to version 9.2
• Provide business analysis and functional expertise on People Soft HCM upgrade project
• Work on all project phases including configuration, validation and testing
• Assist in fully integrating the new 9.2 version of People Soft into current business environments and provide input on best practices for the new version
• Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Report progress to leads and project managers
• Perform project activities related to system design, core table setup, testing and training in support of People Soft HCM modules
• Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts and report on testing progress

• Minimum of five years People Soft experience
• People Soft 9.2 upgrade experience
• Hands on experience upgrading People Soft 9.2 HRMS modules in the following functional areas:
  Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor
• Experience with People Soft 9.2 in public sector, education and higher education
• Ability to work on all project phases
• Solid understanding of setup tables and reporting
• Solid understanding of integration of all modules
• Expert knowledge in HCM v9.2 including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Fluid and/or Benefits Administration
• Solid understanding of People Soft v9.2 processing requirements for Benefit Administration, Payroll and/or Time and Labor
• Proven business knowledge as well as People Soft specific functional knowledge
