Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Delaware. As a BCBA at Able Minds ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced professionals to deliver top-tier ABA therapy to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism
• Supervise and train Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Implement and monitor behavioral interventions and collect data to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and policies
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• 1 year of experience as a BCBA or closely related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
