• Serve as an internal expert for assigned payer programs, optimizing processes and demonstrating value
• Develop relationships with payer personnel to advance strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional program execution and solicit feedback from partners
• Communicate goals and objectives of payer programs to internal departments
• Educate stakeholders on payer practices related to pricing, reimbursement, and claims processing

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong reimbursement operations background
• Fluency in insurance and medical terminology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated initiative in executing strategies to improve results
• Track record of delivering results within a large organization through collaboration
• Highly developed organizational and planning skills
• Knowledgeable in the reimbursement and appeals processes
