Our client is seeking a H&S professional who is passionate about shaping a culture where safety is at the heart of everything, a visionary Head of Health & Safety to lead the Health & Safety strategy, champion the company values, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
As Head of Health & Safety
, you will set the tone for excellence, by embedding a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and inspiring engagement at every level. You will use data and insight to anticipate risks, drive innovation, and deliver programmes that make a real difference. As a visible leader and trusted advisor, you will protect people, operations, and reputation.
The successful candidate will be a credible and confident communicator with:
Degree level education and a professional Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent).
Proven senior-level Health & Safety leadership experience in complex environments.
Extensive experience embedding behavioral safety cultures.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to inspire, develop, and empower teams.
A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel as required.
