TEAM LEAD SOCIAL WORKER

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Lead Social Worker/Therapist. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high quality clinical services to acute child, adolescent, and adult patients and participating in the development and mentoring of social workers/therapists.

• Acts as a Service Excellence role model and ensures employees are following policies and procedures.
• Serves as a Preceptor to all new hires within the designated department and assists with staff onboarding and training.
• Participates in supervisory sessions, as appropriate.
• Delivers Continuing Education and In-services to current staff, as appropriate.
• Under the direction of Social Services Manager / PHP Director or designee, assists with case load assignments and daily psychosocial tools, as needed.

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferred inpatient behavioral health.
