Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adults and adolescents with a wide range of disorders, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
- Monitor patients closely and conduct observation rounds, prioritizing patient safety as the top concern.
- Participate in treatment planning by identifying patients’ problems, needs, and strengths.
- Assist in the admission process, including vital sign assessment, safety searches, specimen collection, and patient orientation.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct group therapy programs for patients.
- Participate in hospital codes as necessary for unit safety, partnering with the Charge Nurse to ensure successful shift operations and maintaining an engaging, therapeutic environment for high patient satisfaction.

- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field highly recommended.
- One year of direct work experience in a behavioral health environment including leading groups, de‑escalating behaviors, and managing multiple clinical diagnoses.
- Experience in an inpatient setting.
