Ecumenical Worship Music Director

A music services organization is seeking a Music Director for Dover Air Force Base Chapel. Responsibilities include directing music for Catholic and Protestant worship services, recruiting and training musicians, and attending all rehearsals and events. Candidates should have at least a 2-year degree in music and 3 years’ experience in music performance, along with knowledge of liturgical practices. This part-time position requires coordination with military chaplains and monitoring of musical staff.
