The Role:
Beverage Server - Circulo

Union Representation: This position is represented by Unite Here and is subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Must make sure the serving area is clean and presentable to guests.
• Must make sure all empty glasses are removed after serving.
• Must make sure we s before drinks are being served.
• Must be courteous.
• Must be in uniform.
• Must make sure that all garnishes are correctly on the drinks.
• Must make sure all drinks are properly put into the POS system for bartenders to easily read.
• Must make sure the surface area of their workstation is clean.
• Must remain professional at all times.
• Must provide exceptional customer service.
• Must follow all work safety rules and regulations.
• Must communicate efficiently with coworkers, supervisors, and guests.
• Must follow all relevant policies and procedures.
• Must perform any other duties that are assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must possess good communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Prior bar experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Must be friendly, courteous, cooperative, and reliable.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must possess good communication skills
• Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire
• Must be ABC certified at time of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and receive a license from the DE Lottery

Starting Hourly Rate: $6.00+TIPS
