The Role

The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for performing on-site installation, maintenance, service repair and support for Markem-Imaje products and services.

What you will do:
  • Provide onsite service and customer support, studying different types of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation; conduct onsite (online) printer trial and perform on‑site product installation on customer premises.
  • Perform on‑site services such as installation and maintenance of Markem products to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction; meet service and spare budget for the assigned geographical territory.
  • Travel to manufacturing facilities of Markem customers.
What you need to have:
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in onsite service and customer support of capital goods related to industrial automation.
  • Graduate degree in Electrical/Electronics or BSc (Maths/Physics) with at least 60% marks from a reputed college. Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Good level of customer relationship management skills.
  • Own vehicle that can be used for business travel.
