This position is onsite full time. No hybrid or remote candidates will be considered.

• Conduct thorough property assessments to determine restoration needs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for restoration projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Utilize industry-specific software for estimating and reporting.
• Stay updated on restoration techniques and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior estimators as needed.

• Proven experience in restoration estimating or related field.
• Strong.common spatial understanding of restoration processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in Xactimate or similar estimating software preferred.
