Job Description
Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Change Management Integration Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the plans for how to support users as new functionality or system changes in the electronic health record (EHR) are rolled out. As a member of the change management team you will also create change management collateral.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Oracle Health EHR, change management best practices, and strong project management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Top skills or competencies to be successful- Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci,).
- Strong project management skills (e.g. PMP)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Are self-starter, confident and driven with strong organizational skills
- Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty, navigate ambiguous situations and solve complex problems
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, showing a willingness to take on new challenges, and aspiring to contribute significantly to the organization’s growth and success
- Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Organizational Development plus a minimum of 3-5 years experience
- 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Previous Oracle Health strongly experience preferred
- Previous Federal Contracting experience strongly preferred
- Required travel up to 10%
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust government security clearance.

Responsibilities- For each new optimization project, track the progress, status, and impact to end users. For each project, work with cross functional teams to identify how and when to introduce those changes to end users for both active and future deployments.
- Recommend strategies to optimize training, change management, and communications related to the optimization projects to improve end user adoption.
- Identify potential risks and risk mitigations for each optimization project that can be addressed through change management and training efforts.
- Provide detailed report summaries showing how each optimization project will intersect with all active deployments from a change management and training perspective.
- Support the change management team through the production and revision of change management collateral.
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS:
Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
