Location

Dover – 124 Greentree Drive, Dover, DE

• Depending on skillset and position level hired into, accurately perform maintenance and automotive diagnostics/repair for engine performance, automatic/manual transmissions, suspension/steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control) electrical, and heating/AC.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.

• Competitive flat rate compensation. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• B Technicians: starting base compensation is $22.29 to $28.46 hourly flat rate, with a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.
• A Technicians: starting base compensation is $25.00 to $31.89 hourly flat rate, with a 30 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.
• C Technicians: starting base compensation is $19.50 to $24.92 hourly flat rate, with a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.
• Productivity Incentive Bonus opportunity: $250 - $550 bonus on each biweekly paycheck.
• Full-time associates work 5 days per week, typically including Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Sundays are off; another day off during the week may vary by business need.

• Ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance through previous experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications or Car Dealership Certifications in automotive diagnostics/repairs preferred, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (paid for by AAA).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to complete satisfactory pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
