Production Manager, Manufacturing Production
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexibility required for occasional production demand). 38 hours per week.

Job PurposeThe objective of this role is to lead a production department in producing finished goods to agreed specifications and standards, achieving daily planned output within estimated labour hours.
Main Activities (Please note this list is not exhaustive)- Ownership and Accountability
:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the production line. - Target Achievement
:
Ensure daily planned output targets for the production line are met. - Quality Control
:
Monitor quality throughout production, controlling waste levels. - Record Keeping
:
Maintain accurate records of production outputs, waste, and stock. - Training and Communication
:
Ensure effective communication and conduct training for all employees on the production line. - Team Building
:
Promote a "one team" approach where all employees treat each other with dignity and respect. - Hands-on Support
:
Provide support on the production lines alongside colleagues as needed. - High Standards
:
Maintain high quality and housekeeping standards. - Professional Integrity
:

Proven background in manufacturing processes. - Quality Focus

Prior experience in a team-leading role, or the ability to quickly develop these skills through training and experience.
