Production Team Leader

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexibility required for occasional production demand). 38 hours per week.

We are thrilled to collaborate with our esteemed Dover-based client, a company with a rich legacy spanning over 100 years. Renowned globally for their commitment to excellence, they manufacture high-quality, luxury products that set the standard in their industry.

The objective of this role is to lead a production department in producing finished goods to agreed specifications and standards, achieving daily planned output within estimated labour hours.

• Ownership and Accountability
  :
  Responsible for overseeing and managing the production line.
• Target Achievement

  Ensure daily planned output targets for the production line are met.
• Quality Control
  :
  Monitor quality throughout production, controlling waste levels.
• Record Keeping
  :
  Maintain accurate records of production outputs, waste, and stock.
• Training and Communication
  :
  Ensure effective communication and conduct training for all employees on the production line.
• Team Building
  :
  Promote a "one team" approach where all employees treat each other with dignity and respect.
• Hands-on Support
  :
  Provide support on the production lines alongside colleagues as needed.

• Manufacturing Experience

  Proven background in manufacturing processes.
