  Assist in developing and carrying out Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.

• Experience:
  
  Prior experience working with children is essential.
• Empathy & Patience:
  
  A kind-hearted, patient, and understanding approach is a must.
• Strong Communicator:
  
  Great communication and teamwork skills are vital.
• Commitment:
  
  A dedication to creating an inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Desirable
  
  Qualifications:
  
  Relevant training or qualifications in special education is a plus.

A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection is essential for this role. All successful applicants will need to pass a background-safe recruitment process, including an enhanced DBS check on the update service.
