Are you a compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a welcoming primary school? A fantastic school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need extra help.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement learning strategies.
• Support pupils with SEN, speech & language difficulties, and social development.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management.

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or similar role.
• A passion for helping children reach their full potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
