We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming nursery team in a highly regarded primary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an Outstanding Ofsted-rated setting where you’ll help children thrive both academically and emotionally.

As a Nursery TA, you’ll play a key role in supporting both individual children and small groups. Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting children through structured play and early learning activities.

Providing 1:1 support where needed to encourage development and engagement.

Assisting with nappy changing and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.

Helping create a fun, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Working closely with teachers and staff to deliver effective learning.

Supporting children’s emotional well-being, social skills, and independence.

Experience in a Nursery or Early Years setting.

Confident in providing personal care and nappy changing.

A kind, patient, and proactive personality.

Ability to run or assist with small group sessions and 1:1 support.

Great communication and teamwork skills.

An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
