Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Tower Hamlets

GSL Education is currently recruiting a resilient and motivated Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a school in Tower Hamlets. Your key focus will be to support students who exhibit challenging behaviours, helping them to develop positive coping strategies and re-engage with their learning in a constructive way.

Key skills for this role:

• Experience in de-escalation and behaviour management techniques.
• The resilience to remain calm and consistent under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with hard-to-reach students.
• A firm but fair approach, and a commitment to seeing students succeed.
