Part Time Senior Accountant

TPF Recruitment Kents leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting for a Part Time Senior Accountant to join an excellent firm of accountants based in Deal Kent. You will work in a general practice capacity across accounts tax bookkeeping and VAT reporting in to the Partner.

This position can be either 3 4 or 5 days a week.

• Preparation of statutory accounts to review stage using IRIS
• Personal taxation corporate taxation and VAT returns
• General bookkeeping duties using Sage Xero or Quickbooks
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees

Commutable from most towns in East Kent
- Dover Folkestone Deal Canterbury Thanet Margate Sandwich Ramsgate etc.

• You will have 5 years experience within an accountancy practice.
• You will be AAT / ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
• You will have hands on experience of accounts tax and VAT preparation.

• 35000 - 40000 FTE dependent on experience and background negotiable.

Required Skills :

You will be ACA / ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience within practice. You will have worked as Semi Senior or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris and cloud software such as Xero / Quickbooks would be advantageous
