This position will require travel to our Griffin office for on-the-job training (up to 6 weeks).
Pay Range:
* $ 70,000 - $180,000+ annually (based on experience, certifications, and performance)

What You'll Do:
* Manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.
* Performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.
* Perform routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently.
* Discuss plumbing malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.
* Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
* Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
What You'll Bring:
* 3+ years residential plumbing service and installation experience.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures
* Detail-oriented, organized and proficient of reading blueprints
* Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
* Willing to work in all types of weather
* Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
* Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
* Have a valid driver's license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).
* Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
* Effectively manage call volume and day-to-day tasks; be able to work flexible schedules including overtime, as needed.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
