* Training Pay: $18/hour

* Salary: $30-$45,000 plus commission (Up to 10% of markup based on final customer markup.)

* Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and professional Residential Outside Sales Representative (Construction/Renovations) to manage leads, conduct in-home consultations, and accurately scope renovation projects. You will be responsible for generating estimates and providing exceptional customer service throughout the pre-construction process to build trust and close deals.

* Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Facilitate inbound calls, follow up promptly on assigned leads, and coordinate all appointments through the Houzz platform.
- Client Consultations: Conduct on-site walkthroughs to build rapport, manage customer expectations regarding costs and timelines, and ask relevant questions to guide the sale.
- Site Documentation: Take detailed notes, sketches, photos, and videos of project areas. Document logistics such as parking, HOA restrictions, and pet considerations.
- Estimating: Create accurate quotes in Houzz using company templates. Provide on-site quotes for simple projects when feasible and deliver all finalized quotes within 24 business hours.
- Sales Follow-Up: Track quote status and maintain communication with clients until a deal is closed or declined.
- Project Handoff: Participate in weekly meetings with Project Managers to review new leads and complete formal handoffs for sold projects.

* Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous knowledge of residential renovation scopes and construction basics.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales-driven mindset, and effective note-taking abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use CRM systems and the Houzz platform (training provided).
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance at all times, including specific dress code requirements (khakis and clean work boots/shoes).
- Transportation: Must maintain a personal vehicle in good condition for site visits. (Company vehicle eligibility begins after 90 days at Director's discretion) .
- Performance Metrics: Success is measured by a 35% close rate, meeting 70% of a $3M target quota, and maintaining a minimum 30% markup per project.
